• How to get started

Enter the driver, operator, and truck information then use the quick entry or log book. Just add an entry each time your status changes. So if you status changes from off-duty to driving or from driving to sleeping in the sleeper just enter the current status. The log book keeps track of the entries, location, and duration between status updates.

• How do I delete log entries

In the Daily Log editor touch and swipe the entry to the left like you were trying to push it over to the left. A red delete button will appear. Click this button to remove the log entry.


• How does it know where you are and draw graphs

Trucker's iLog uses the GPS of the phone to establish the location. This location is looked up in the Google@ maps database for street and city information. The location is usually accurate to within a few blocks and can be edited to fix the exact location.



GPS Location - Trucker's iLog uses the built-in GPS to assist in setting the status for log book entries.

Log Entries - Each Log entry is editable afterwards. You can modify the log and reprint the log book graph or email the graph to someone else.

Time Allocation - Trucker's iLog keeps track of hours on and off duty so the DOT limtations can be monitored.

Technical Questions

• Will my data be stored on your servers or on my own computer?

All of the information you enter is stored in the iPhone and can be emailed via PDF or plain text.

Nothing! We are a service oriented company at Addition Software and strive to maintain happy and confident customers. Addition Software provides technical support free of charge to all our customers.

• Can I get Training?

The software is simple enough that training is not usually required. But if you do need training, software trainers are available and free to our subscription customers.

• Do you accept requests for additional features or settings?
