In addition, you receive updates to the search product and new features as they become available. No, Employer search is for job board or recruitment managers. Employer Search locates new clients for them by searching jobs in their respective specialties. It does this by searching for posting which match their potential candidates. Employer Search can serve as a foundation for customer relationship systems in small to medium sized businesses. There are fields for tracking contact dates, notes, and company information. Employer search has an "Offline" feature that allows you to cache a copy of every search result to your local drive. The pages are there for ever and available for additional information or reference regardless if the site and page is available on the internet. Yes! Employer search is integrated with your default web browser and default email clients. Clicking on contact emails will launch your email client. Clicking on any referenced link will launch in your browser, including cached pages. Technical Questions
Your data and search results are stored privately on your own computer. Employer Search takes about 3MB of hard disc for the base installation. Searches generally take about 100KB for every 2000 contacts. Using the caching feature for offline results will result in pages without graphics being stored to the hard drive under the cache folder. Yes, Employer Search results can be exported to a file with comma separated values. This file can be opened with a spread-sheet program or imported into virtually any other database that can accept a comma separated record. Yes, the same comma separated files can be imported back into campaigns or shared with colleagues for import into their systems. If you can generate a comma separated file such as from a spread-sheet program you can import this into Employer Search. About Service and Support
Nothing! We are a service oriented company at Addition Software and strive to maintain happy and confident customers. Addition Software provides technical support free of charge to all our customers. The software is simple enough that training is not usually required. But if you do need training, software trainers are available and free to our subscription customers. There are occasionally sites that are not suitable for searching but we usually can include your favorite job board or website if it is not already among our existing resources.
